Cancellations & Rescheduling
Free cancellation or rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee.
Service Guarantee
Some services may come with a warranty period, mentioned at the time of booking.
The guarantee is void if hygiene or cleanliness is not maintained post-treatment.
